Nimbula Director delivers a self-service, elastic, self-monitoring, and self-healing cloud targeted at developers of next generation applications. Developers can service their own compute and storage needs – they can develop, test, and deploy applications and their OS containers without IT bottlenecks, iterating rapidly, and with the ability to instantaneously roll forward and backward software versions.

All these features are delivered in house for static needs around development and functional testing. For bursty needs like load and scale testing, these features can used as an overlay to public cloud functionality to provide continuity throughout the hybrid cloud solution.

Nimbula’s DevOps solution can be augmented by partnerships and integrations with configuration tools such a Chef and Puppet, continuous integration products such as Electric Cloud, scaling software from Scalr and enStratus, and load balancers such as Zeus.
